Orienteering

L:I  I am learning to read a map to help me find the controls.

This term I learnt Orienteering. On the maps was a code of numbers and letters. Beside each letter was a clue to help me find the controls.

Self Reflection: I was able to find the controls right some of the time correctly. This term I ran to random controls and didn’t point my map North.My partner and I got a little lost. Next time I do orienteering I will remember to point the map north and find the right controls by reading the map.

My nans house

On Saturday my mum drove me and my brother Laurence and sister Harmony off to my nane's house. When we got there my mum and stepdad got our clothes and our tablets. Before we could step inside my nane's house we had to take our shoes off. After me my brother and sister took our shoes off we went inside nanes house to say hello to all our aunts and uncles.When me my brother and sister said hello we started to draw on my uncle Dane’s and my cousin Dennises pieces of paper with my aunt’s pens and coloring in pencils and crayons.When we all finished drawing and colouring in nane said," Put your pj’s on please". After we all put on our pj’s nane said it was going to be bed time so Dennis,Dane Harmony, Laurence and I spent our 15 minutes watching TV and playing on my big ipad until it went flat.The games that we were playing were Subway Surf and word search.After we all had a turn on Subway surf we played word search.When we each had a turn on word search nane told us it was bedtime. Harmony, Dane, Dennis,Laurence and I went to bed in my aunty Bungels room. When we all got in my aunty Bungles room Bungle showed us where to sleep. Harmony slept by the wall I slept next to Harmony and next to me was my cousin Dennis and next to Dennis was Laurence and Dane.Once we were in our sleeping spot we all went to sleep.In the morning we all had a shower got changed into our cloths then me Harmony, Laurence and I had to wait for our mum to pick us up.When my mum arrived we had to say good by to all of our aunt’s and uncles.Once we said good by we went in our car.After we were driving a bit far from my nanes house we went back home. It took 2 hours to get back home.Once we got back home I write a story and it was all about my nanny’s house.

How to make scrambled eggs

• Get a bowl. 
•  Grab six eggs.
•  Crack the eggs into the bowl.
•  Add milk to the eggs.
•  Mix the eggs with a fork. 
• Turn on the stove. 
• Add some butter to the pan.
• Pour the egg mix with the pan.
• Keep stirring for two minutes.   
• Cook the eggs. 
• Serve the scrambled eggs on a plate. 
• Sprinkle salt and pepper on the scrambled eggs. 
• Enjoy eating your eggs.
